Vinification and maturing
Cold pre-fermentation maceration, alcoholic fermentation and regular
pumping over operations to enhance the wine’s finesse and structure.

Tasting notes
Intense red hue with pretty cherry-coloured highlights. Elegant nose with pleasing notes of fresh red fruit such as raspberries and cherries,
ending with a soft cocoa fragrance. The palate is fine and complex with silky tannins, aromas of black fruit and just a hint of sweet pepper.

Serving suggestions
Serve at 16°C. Perfect paired with spicy dishes or meats such as roas duck or veal with morel mushrooms in a creamy sauce.
