Le Petit Toqué Chardonnay

Vinification and maturing
After direct pressing, this Chardonnay will undergo a cold settling and then a fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless-steel
vats to preserve all the freshness of its aromas.

Tasting notes
A lovely pale-yellow hue with soft green reflections. The nose reveals lovely scents of white flowers and white-fleshed fruit such as
pears, set off by fine citrus notes. The palate is round and elegant with a soft lemony finish.

Serving suggestions
Serve at 12°C. This wine can be enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with seafood such as stuffed squid or spicy prawns.
