Le petit Rhum

After macerating the plants in alcohol reduced to 75°, it’s time for distillation. Only the heart of the distillation is retained to ensure the purity of the distillate. Made from organic Cuban sugar cane molasses. The distillation process is lengthy, taking about one month, using a double distillation pot still. Tasting Notes: Nose: Banana, ripe exotic fruits, caramel. Palate: Vegetal, green banana, freshness, smoothness. Finish: Fluid and light on the palate, with lingering vegetal notes. Palet and half-palet prices on demand. Mixed palets possible.
