Le petit Gin

After macerating the plants in alcohol reduced to 75°, it’s time for distillation. Only the heart of the distillation is retained to ensure the purity of the distillate. Aromatic Composition: Juniper berries, coriander seeds, elderflower, peppermint, lemon balm. All plants are harvested in Grozon, just a few kilometers from the distillery at the certified organic Jardins du Bief Salé (Jura). Tasting Notes: Nose: Peppery, floral, and minty notes. Palate: The texture is round and full, due to the extraction of essential oils from the plants. Peppery, lemony, and minty notes. Refreshing. Finish: Long-lasting and pleasant. The gin’s flavors linger on the palate, gradually giving way to the gentle sweetness of elderflower. Palet and half-palet prices on demand. Mixed palets possible.
