LE PETIT ETOILE ROSÉ 0% - ALCOHOL FREE

The Petit Etoile Rose; is an alcohol-free organic cuvee. It is adorned with a pale pink robe with brilliant reflections. On the nose, one finds fruity aromas of red berries such as currant, blackcurrant, and raspberry. Floral and spicy notes harmonize the whole. The palate, with gourmet aromas of pink grapefruit, is elegant and imbued with freshness. Elaboration: After destemming and crushing, a cold skin maceration is carried out (4°C). The maceration, which lasts for 8 hours, is done before pressing to extract beneficial grape compounds such as polyphenols, tannins, etc. Aromatic complexity is achieved through aging with infusions of organic grape seeds and French oak.
