LE COMTE DE MALARTIC WHITE 2019

The vineyard of 53 ha, including 7 ha of white, spreads over a gravelly soil on a clayey and chalky subsoil. The grape varieties are Merlot (45%), Cabernet Sauvignon (45%), Cabernet Franc (8%) and Petit Verdot (2%) for the red and Sauvignon (80%) and Semillon (20%) for the white. The average age of the vines is 30 years and the planting density is 10,000 vines/ha. With meticulousness, they permanently take care, for each parcel, of the good balance soil-plant and the perfect respect of the environment (no use of weedkiller nor of pesticides, organic amendments and in minimum quantity...). The protection of the vineyard follows the principles of sustainable agriculture (Agrocert certification obtained in 2008)
