A deep red colour with crimson tints. Complex bouquet with notes of blackcurrant jam, black pepper and cocoa. Intense and rich on the palate but with an outstanding cocoa smoothness. Long finish with notes of caramel and toast. Serve as an aperitif or with Mediterranean cuisine or grilled red meat.
Latoque Réserve, is first and foremost the story of an encounter. For her it was love at first sight, she’s a passionate winemaker who fell in love with a rich and generous terroir. Here, vines take their roots from different soils of limestone, sand and rounded pebbles. The 2021 vintage is characterized by a very good quality of fruit, particularly in the Cabernet Sauvignon.
