DOMAINE REINE JULIETTE CARIGNAN

The Pic Saint-Loup terroir is the northernmost of the Languedoc terroirs. The blend of Mediterranean and continental climates provides its original character. Late summer differences in daytime and night-time temperatures favour the finesse and character of this wine. This diversity gives rise to an exceptional terroir for wines with a strong personality.

VINIFICATION
Vinification for at least 8 days. Maceration under marc for 15 days.

TASTING
A deep red colour with hints of deep purple. Floral, good amplitude, well-blended tannins. ACCORDS
Enjoy with red meat grills, 
salads and fresh cheeses.
