The  Vieille Poire®  is made from Williams pears specially selected for their exceptional fragrance. After fermentation, these pears are distilled in copper still. Then, our cellar master collects the best of heart for a slow maturation to obtain a fine digestive which is delicately amber-coloured enhanced of subtle wooden marks.

The Vieille Poire® is much enjoyed for the perfect harmony between power and sweetness, for its exceptional olfactory and gustatory quality.
