La petite liqueur d'Arquebuse
After macerating the plants in alcohol reduced to 75°, it’s time for distillation.
Only the heart of the distillation is retained to ensure the purity of the distillate.
Arquebuse is a traditional Jura plant with numerous virtues, its taste being one of them. The liqueurs of Le Petit Bouilleur are made by cold infusion for greater homogeneity and naturalness.
Aromatic Composition:
Arquebuse, lemon thyme, lemon balm, verbena, rosemary.
All plants are harvested in Grozon, just a few kilometers from the distillery at the certified organic Jardins du Bief Salé.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Citrusy notes, thyme, verbena, scrubland, pine.
Palate: Dried flowers, citrusy notes, with a resinous texture.
Finish: Fresh and pronounced, with a strong vegetal character.
Palet and half-palet prices on demand. Mixed palets possible.
