La petite liqueur d'Absinthe

After macerating the plants in alcohol reduced to 75°, it’s time for distillation. Only the heart of the distillation is retained to ensure the purity of the distillate. Absinthe, also known as the "Green Fairy," is an elixir originating from Pontarlier in the Jura. The liqueurs of Le Petit Bouilleur are made by cold infusion for greater homogeneity and naturalness. Aromatic Composition: Absinthe, fennel, anise, caraway, hyssop, mint. All plants are harvested in Grozon, just a few kilometers from the distillery at the certified organic Jardins du Bief Salé. Tasting Notes: Nose: Herbal, minty, spicy notes, fennel. Palate: Smooth and enveloping texture, with anise, minty, and spicy flavors echoed from the nose. Finish: Lingering and evolving flavors on the palate, with a refreshing finish free from any syrupy sensation. Palet and half-palet prices on demand. Mixed palets possible.
