La Pause Rosé

EYES : Clear, brilliant colour with a hint of raspberry. NOSE : Fresh nose, notes of fresh berrie MOUTH : Tasty and fruity, with notes of raspberry and pear. Food & wine pairing : Summer salad, grilled white meat, falafel with broad beans, avocado carpaccio with coriander, grilled shrimp wok. The grapes are crushed and then cold-pressed before being settled and vinified at low temperature. Each grape variety is vinified separately in stainless steel vats.
