La Mordue - Hard Cider
La Mordue are "Hard Ciders", meaning the fermentation process is much shorter than a traditional cider and is done at a higher temperature, leading to a more contemporary, biting flavour and higher alcohol percentages than traiditional French cidres.
La Mordue Original (6%) is described as having a crisp and refreshing taste from the first sip. A roundness in the mouth punctuated by fruity notes of crisp apples.
For La Mordue Rouge (6%), the juice of tart, red-fleshed Rouge Délice apples are integrated into the original recipe to give this Hard Cider its signature ruby colour and a more lively profile.
The exciting new IPA (7%) combines cider apples with essential oils from hops to create a one-of-a-kind refreshing cider. La Mordue IPA carries a fresh and intense nose, accompanied by a strong aroma of hops and apple; the taste is a dry and intense punch with floral and tropical notes.
This unique and innovative IPA cider shows exactly what La Mordue is all about: standing out from the crowd and living with intensity.
