Extra Brut – 60% Chardonnay & 40% Pinot Noir – Base 2021 – 30% barrel-aged – No malolactic fermentation – 2 g/L dosage La Lierie: a term from the local dialect referring to the manual work of tying young vine shoots to a horizontal wire with a link. Vines need support to grown and flourish, and through lierie, the hand of man gently guides them. In this cuvée, the freshness of the Chardonnay is intertwined with the Pinot Noir and guided by its generous aromas. The blending of these two grape varieties results in a structured Champagne, where true balance can be experienced.
