La Grande Cuvée
Present since 1816 in the Saint-Christol district, the Guinand family have been cultivating their expertise for eight generations. In 2017, Fabien and Sophie took over the business where their predecessors left off, and confirmed their desire to raise the bar by providing more authentic wines that are respectful of the terroir. Since 2002, the estate has held the Terra Vitis® label, and they are working towards sustainable farming.
TASTING NOTES
Very beautiful intense dark red colour. The nose reveals powerful notes of cocoa, tapenade and liquorice. The palate is subtle and astonishingly well-balances, and develops on a tannin structure that gives this wine a very rich and particularly long finish.
