LA GRANDE CHAUDE

It's a selection of soil: Iridescent red marls, it's more loamy. Grapes from a specially selected plot, ripe grapes, which are pressed in whole bunches. Transferred into barrels midway through fermentation, where the wine remains for 24 months. We realise the topping-up all 5 days. Low sulphur level on bottling, only roughty filtered. Explication of the name of the plot: A hot wine in every sense of the term: the village elders in Passenans told us the story of a generously endowed woman who regularly strolled through this plot of vines at harvest time, enticing the pickers!
