LA FOUDRE

A rum-based spirit produced and developed by us. A base of rum from Guadeloupe, aged between 12 and 18 months in oak barrels. Then worked with notes of Miranilla, slightly softened with cane sugar. To limit the feeling of sugar, we work with the bitterness of the plum kernels and with the acidity of the mandarin peel. An attack of candied mandarin for a very fruity effect. A return of rum and notes of frangipane or Amaretto on the finish. A modern rum, surprising to discover.
