LA FOLIE SAINT AURIOL - CHARDONNAY
This white wine is a single varietal Chardonnay. Beautiful golden hue. Pleasant nose of tropical fruits and
gingerbread. The palate is ample, lively and complex. The wine exudes
notes of pineapple, grapefruit, fennel and liquorice. Drink preferably over
the first few years after bottling - the wine will evolve nicely for 2 to 3 years.
Drinking temperature: 10-12°C.
