Manual harvest. Traditional vinification using temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. This wine offers a bouquet of complex and delicate aromas. Still young, it offers very nice notes of black and red fruits, such as blackberry or blueberry. The palate is elegant, firm and powerful. It is concentrated, velvety and reveals a light woodiness, tinged with elegance. Delicious, this wine will be at its peak in 2 to 3 years and can be kept for at least 10 to 15 years.
