85% Grenache (3,300 m2 planted in 1920), 15% Mourvèdre.                

VINEYARD: La Coume – The highest parcel on the estate, on the slopes of the Pech, facing southeast, and protected from the north wind by the garrigue and the indigenous trees (cypress, pine and wild almond). The soil is well draining limestone clay covered in a layer of schist.
YIELD: 10 hl/ha
