La Belle Gentiane

A typical french drink made with gentian roots. It is made with gentian from Auvergne and 9 others botanicals such as ginger or cinnamon. This apertif is served on ice or with tonic, but you can also use it in cocktails (negroni, french spritz...). Smell : A warrm and rich nose : Dirt, Roots, Cinnamon, Dust...Taste : Gourmet and sweet attack : gingerbread, dried flowers roots. Then bitterness with powerful aromas : roasting, dirt, gentian... Finish : Long and intense final on bitterness, ginger and cinnamon.
