L'Etoile du Sud

Situated at the far reaches of the Massif de la Séranne, Mont Saint-Baudille provides a remarkable view that stretches across the entire wine growing plain of the Hérault region, to the Mediterranean sea. This vast amphitheatre lent its name in the wine-labelling era, and covers a dozen towns and villages including Saint-Saturnin, which houses Fonjoya, la Cave des Vignerons Audacieux. 

TASTING NOTES

A beautiful pale pink colour. The bouquet reveals mineral, fruity and elegant notes. On the palate it is elegant, fresh, lively and well balanced.
