The « Terroir et Caractère » range is the expression of a unique terroir : the one of the villages Baye and Talus-Saint-Prix. The blends result from a rigorous selection of the best vines from these two villages. The grape varieties (80% Meunier and 20 % Pinot Noir) and this specific terroir give a lot of personality to these champagnes. These are consistent and fruity champagnes, with a touch of freshness on the finish.
