This new brand pays tribute to an emblematic figure in the history of France and our region, Eleanor of Aquitaine. Like this elegant, ambitious woman, the bubbles in our Crémant de Bordeaux are fine and delicate. "L'Éclat" draws a parallel between Eleanor's radiant celebrity and the light, lively and gentle bubbles of our two cuvées.
The wine has a light mousse and a pale pink colour. Very fruity on the nose. Round on the palate, and deliciously perfumed.
