Kouignette®
The Kouignette® is a pastry made of leavened dough worked into puff pastry with fresh churned butter and presented in individual portion. Kouignettes® are available in several traditional or novel flavours. They are crispy on the edge and soft on the inside, and can be eaten at room temperature or oven-heated for a few minutes at 100°.
