KALAMANSI CITRUS VINEGAR TERGA

 This citrus fruit, native to Southeast Asia, is the result of a cross between kumquat and mandarin. It brings a very beautiful aromatic complexity!  100% natural, without aromas, without colorings and without preservatives.  Perfect as an accompaniment to duck products (duck breast, foie gras, gizzards, ...) in vinaigrette or in deglazing.  A must to accompany a Saint Jacques, in carpaccio or in deglazing at the end of cooking.  A subtle touch for dessert or fruit salad.
