Jay'up Slightly Sweet has a fruity taste that's perfect as an aperitif. Enjoy it on its own or in a cocktail, there's something for everyone. Serve chilled! Terroir and vinification Clairette de Die flourishes in the generous sunshine of the Drôme valley, sheltered by the foothills of the Vercors mountains. It has been recognised as an Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée since 1942. Its vineyards are made up of small plots rising to an altitude of 700 metres on clay-limestone soils. The Jaillance winegrowers, who have been awarded the Vignerons Engagés label, pay particular attention to their vines, which they cultivate in a sustainable way. This wine is vinified using the unique “Méthode dioise ancestrale”, without adding any yeast or liqueurs (tirage and expedition). This gives it its natural character. Grape varieties A harmonious blend of two grape varieties: muscat blanc à petits grains and clairette blanche. Character: generous and cheerful Colour: Bright, pale gold, fine bubbles. Nose: Lychee, tea leaf, citrus zest. Palate: Rich, smooth texture, well-balanced palate combining freshness and naturalness, long-lasting aromas.
