Terroir and vinification Clairette de Die flourishes in the generous sunshine of the Drôme valley, sheltered by the foothills of the Vercors mountains. It has been recognised as an Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée since 1942. Its vineyards are made up of small plots rising to an altitude of 700 metres on clay-limestone soils. The Jaillance winegrowers, who have been awarded the Vignerons Engagés label, pay particular attention to their vines, which they cultivate in a sustainable way. This wine is vinified with two fermentations. Grape variety Made from a single grape variety: 100% clairette blanche. Character: generous and cheerful Colour: Bright, pale gold, fine bubbles. Nose: Fruity notes, scents of wild white flowers. Palate: Full-bodied, with delicate notes of September fruit and wild flowers. Fresh, natural finish.
