JAS DU CHENE

This hillside vineyard, facing the Dentelles de Montmirail, is planted on grey Jurassic soils, mainly composed of black marl. The soil is composed of limestone, clay and sand. These hillsides are protected from the Mistral by the Dentelles de Montmirail, providing optimum sunshine and ensuring even ripening. The balance between Grenache and Syrah produces a wine with the flavours of a basket of red fruit with a hint of violet... Its freshness on the palate and its mineral notes give it all its elegance, as a bonus its masterful tannic structure will seduce lovers of full-bodied wines.
