Irie, pronounced I-REE is a Creole expression full of optimism, emblematic of the Caribbean.Originally from Jamaïca, this word describes alight and joyous situation that could translate into “everything is alright”. In that spirit, IRIE Rum is an explosion of colour! IRIE Rums are single origin rums and each ofthem is the promise of a new aromatic palette. IRIE Rum Dominican Republic is blended rum, distilled in column still from cane juice, and aged for 3 years in ex-bourbon casks. Sight: amber colour with golden reflet. Nose: fruity, notes of butter and vanilla. Palate: rich and gourmet mouthfeel. We can find the notes of tropical fruits and yellow fruits. The finish is accompanied by the baker flavour of butter caramel et vanilla.
