Irie Rhum Trinidad & Tobago

Irie, pronounced I-REE is a Creole expressionfull of optimism, emblematic of the Caribbean. Originally from Jamaïca, this word describes a light and joyous situation that could translate into “everything is alright”. In that spirit, IRIE Rum is an explosion of colour! IRIE Rums are single origin rums and each of them is the promise of a new aromatic palette. IRIE Rum Trinidad & Tobago is a blended rum, distilled in column still from molasses, and aged for 3 years in ex-bourbon casks. Sight: amber colour. Nose: tropical fruits, burnt banana, note of vanilla. Palate: gourmet and structured mouthfeel. Nice concentration of tropical fruits, praline, banana and caramel.
