Intuition 2018

Our intuition sometimes makes us do things withoutknowing the result. So, we started working on some lots ofour Syrahs with barrels, not to have oaky wines but with theaim of bringing out the aromas of the wine.
Blended with other grape varieties, this wine is drunk in acompletely intuitive way.
Expressive and complex nose with aromas of black fruitcompote, garrigue, spices, cocoa. On the palate, this winehas a nice sweetness with melted tannins.
