Inspire - Still Red Wine

Hand-picked early in the morning, the berries a reselected by hand on the sorting table and are sent to the press. The 3 weeks maceration long winemaking process allows us to extract all the richness of these grape varieties, which are vinified separately. After natural fermentation thanks to their native yeasts, the wines are aged for a year in oak barrels and then another year in concrete tanks in order to develop a great ageing potential.
