TASTING NOTES
Beautiful ruby red colour with a hint of deep purple. The bouquet reveals aromas of crisp and ripe red fruit. On the palate it is round and smooth and reveals good sweetness. Supple and round tannins make this an exceptional wine.

FOOD/WINE PAIRING
Coq au vin, chicken in Provençal sauce, guinea-fowl with raisins.
