I believe all Chardonnay, the 2021 Côtes Catalanes Infiniment De L'Ou Blanc reveals a medium gold hue as well as a rich, perfumed, medium-bodied style in its ripe orchard and tangerine-like fruits as well as honeyed flower, toasted bread, and spice-driven aromas and flavors. Impeccably balanced on the palate, it has medium to full-bodied richness, a kiss of salinity, and a good sense of freshness that builds with time in the glass. You don't see many Chardonnay from the Roussillon, but this is certainly one of the best. 93/100 JB
