IGP Pays d'Oc Viognier 2021 - Domaine des Lauriers

A pretty wine with a pale yellow color with green reflections, shining in the glass. Intense and complex bouquet of acacia flower, apricot and a touch of exotic fruits like bananas. Full bodied and mellow on the palate, a persistent mouth with notes of honey.

Its freshness and its nice aromatic palette allow it to be appreciated alone as an aperitif. Perfect with fish dishes, Indian dishes with different spices like vegetable samousas or Asian cuisine. It will be superb with a pad thai, for example.
