The grapes are harvested by hand in the early hours of the morning. The grapes are vatted when they arrive in the cellar and then fermented in small vats. Extractions are gentle and long, to extract all the power and delicacy of this exceptional Cru. The wines are then matured for around 18 months on fine lees to bring out the full complexity of this "terroir de Roi"..
