Hermitage Etoiles du Nord
The grapes are harvested by hand early in the morning. The grapes are pressed on
arrival at the winery and then fermented in oak barrels and vats. The wines are then matured for around 18 months on
fine lees to bring out the full complexity of this "terroir de Roi"..
