L'HERBE FOLLE ROUGE TRADITION

The different grape varieties in the final blend are vinified and aged separately until one month before bottling; the maceration time for each component varies depending on the vintage, between two and six weeks. On the nose, it is fruity and spicy, with good complexity and finesse: a mix of wild berries. The intense attack fills the palate with an abundance of fruit, dominated by cherry.
