Hauteval honours the Carigan, a southern grape variety ! Cultivated mainly in the Languedoc-Roussillon, where the dry slopes and mediterranean climate are up to its requirements, it provides high-flying wines with character.

TASTING NOTES

A beautiful intense crimson colour. The bouquet reveals aromatic and gourmand notes of red berries and fine spices. On the palate it is complex but reveals good freshness.
