A little bit of history about the Hansi trademark :
The Alsatian illustrator Jean-Jacques Waltz alias "Hansi" is the legendary painter of the Alsatian tradition. Fortwenger became the owner of the Hansi trademark in 2012 and developed a range of sweet and salty biscuits based on traditional recipes under Hansi's Biscuit Factory effigy.
