Henri Raffin is a French business founded in 1937 in La Rochette in the Savoie region. Our dry-cured hams are produced in our artisanal plant at the foot of Mont-Blanc, the roof of Europe according to an ancestral know-how : - Selection of fresh and heavy hams - Lightly salted by hand rubbing - Long maturing at altitude in the Alps at least 9 months up to 16 months - No added nitrite. Our Dry cured hams are also available traditionally smoked
