These preserves are prepared from fresh, ripe and healthy fruits, trimmed, cleaned, deprived of their parts which, in accordance with custom, are not used: skins, seeds, tails, calyxes etc. Cut into two halves, housed and crimped in airtight containers with premium sugar syrup.
