These preserved Williams de Provence pears are prepared from fresh, ripe and healthy fruits, trimmed, cleaned, stripped of their parts which, in accordance with custom, are not used: skins, seeds, tails, calyxes etc... Cut into two halves, housed and crimped in airtight containers with premium sugar syrup. Ideal for your desserts, pears in syrup, tarts or clafoutis... (9 to 10 half pears per box).
