A light straw in colour with aromas of citrus and pineapple. The flavours are of gooseberry, grapefruit with a hint of asparagus. The finish is zesty and tart with further flavours of lemon and lime. Intense and fresh, would be great with grilled perch with fennel, feta pizza or herbed chicken.
