GUY ALLION ORIGINE TOURAINE SAUVIGNON BLANC AB ECOCERT

Very complex nose with fine citrus notes and minerals. On aeration, the minerality dominates (gunflint) with citrus notes. The palate is rich and thick, but with extraordinary finesse. The minerality mixes with fruit (peach). The finish is zesty and tart with further flavours of lemon and lime.
