Discover our range of products from the earth, inspired by the expertise and the handmade local dishes. Our traditional recipes are made with meats and vegetables from the South-West region. Our duck farmers are engaged in giving to their animals the best life quality : duck bred outdoors in the pure tradition from our country and fed with corn. They are then cooked in a craft workshop with no colouring and no preservatives.
