Gin Dank

This gin pays homage to the IPA beers that we appreciate so much. This is because we like their roundness, their body, their beautiful texture and their very hoppy taste which gives this typically green and fruity bitterness. DANK is the word used in the United States to characterize the taste of cannabis in beer. Being botanically very close, we have selected the best hops with this "dank" characteristic.

TASTING NOTES

APPEARANCE / Clear, transparent.

NOSE / Fresh, herbaceous.

PALATE / A “green” bitterness develops, notes of citrus fruits and tropical fruits reminiscent of American IPA beers.

FINAL / Short and earthy.
