Gin Baignoire

The Gin Baignoire is a tribute to the historical « bathtub gin » produced in the United States during the 1920’s Prohibition period. Its peculiarity is that it is produced not through distillation but the maceration of various herbs and spices, which leads to a beautiful and subtle colour straw.
Savoury and generous, it offers a wide range of tasting possibilities. Served dry, the aromatic intensity is the promise of a gourmet experience, whereas served as a tonic the feeling of freshness will dominate most, accompanied by subtle citrus flavours.
