VINIFICATION AND AGEING
Traditional vinification with partial destemming. The cuvaison is long,
about 21 days. Offcuts, manual picks, remounts in order to extract the
aromas and the color. Maturing in vats and a few barrels.
TASTING NOTES
The color is a beautiful bright ruby. A powerful and complex nose, with
notes of red fruits, vanilla oaky and spices. The attack is frank and the
mouth continues on a slight liveliness bringing a feeling of freshness
and a strong aromatic persistence. A feminine cuvée with a beautiful
material with a supple and elegant finish.
